Cancellations

Acceptance of cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. If it is a regular stock item, generally it can be canceled as long as it has not shipped. A restocking fee may apply depending on where the order is in the packing process.

For custom orders or made to order - cancellations are only accepted with-in 2 hours of order completion. After that time we will have begun working on your order. 

Once an order has shipped there is no way to cancel.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. In the event there is an error on your order that is the result from an over site on our part, we will work with you to make it right. If your order arrives damaged we will do all we can to help with the claims process and getting replacements out if needed.

In the event of missing or incorrect items or damaged product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you need help with. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to proceed.

Shipping

At this time we ship to US addresses only. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Keep in mind that once a package has been dropped off at the shipper, we are no longer in control of how quickly it moves through their system. It is the customers responsibility to be sure all information is correct for the name and address of recipient. If a package is returned as "not deliverable" or incorrect address information or any other reason there could be additional shipping charges incurred as well as a delay in the arrival. If a package is refused and marked "return to sender", a restocking fee of 20% will apply and shipping will be deducted before a refund is issued once it is determined the package has arrived back in it's original unopened condition. Once a package is marked as "delivered", it is up to the receiver to contact the delivery company and/or file any proper claims/police reports if needed in the event it can not be found. If a package arrives damaged please be prepared to provide proof of damage - including pictures and copies of any claims filed. We are always here if help is needed in any of these type events.
