16 Fold Vanilla (16x) - is an imitation vanilla that is a wonderful substitute for Vanilla Extract. Ideal for all your baking. It has a terrific aroma and taste that will not bake out during high temp cooking like Vanilla extract does.
Emulsions are preferred by professionals over extracts most of the time. Why? Because Emulsions are more potent and robust in flavor as well as being water based. Emulsions are cohesive and creamy, which helps them to cling to food more effectively. All of these things make them an excellent choice for flavoring your homemade baked goods. Currently Lemon and Almond flavors are available in the Emulsions.
