A set of three hot sauces - choose from my 5 flavors. Packed in a red or gold gift box (based on availability), finished off with festive ribbon and a bow.
Be sure to choose what flavors you would like included in the set or have me choose them for you. Each bottle is at least 2.5 ounces and are the perfect size for someone that likes to sample hot sauce.
These come completely ready to give as a gift with no need to wrap or tie a bow. It's all done for you!
Flavors to choose from are:
Voo Doo - More of a sweet sauce with just a touch of heat to compliment the flavor. Made with Sweet chili peppers, along with my own Jamaican spice blend. I love to use this one in place of sweet and sour on egg rolls and makes a nice salad dressing.
Cajun Pepper - This is a traditional red pepper sauce made using hot red peppers along with a few sweet ones to smooth out the blend. A lot less salt and not near as much of the vinegar after taste found in the store bought brands. This a good one to use in any recipe that calls for hot sauce and makes a great buffalo wing sauce.
Ja Makin' - Hot red peppers combined with brown sugar and allspice lend a unique flavor that compliments a variety of foods. My husband loves this one on his tacos and burritos.
Bayou Habanero - As the name says, this is made mostly with Habanero peppers and has a mustard base that is quite well balanced. The heat comes out at the end and has a bit of a lingering affect. Good with pork or seafood or just about anywhere you would like a bit of extra flavor.
Swamp Juice - Made with Serrano and Habanero peppers, this would be my hottest blend. There are also some distinctive citrus flavors that hit the pallet before the heat steps in. This one is also a good companion for seafood but try it on other dishes as well.
